Payment and Cancellation
Your reservation is only confirmed once payment has been made.
Cancellations made 24 hours before your Excursion receive a full refund. Later cancellations or no‑shows are non‑refundable.
Safety is our priority. In the event of unsafe weather, we’ll reschedule your trip or provide a full refund.
